Found at Competitors

To be eligible, the item should be available from any online U.S. retailer.  Brick and mortar shops only do not qualify unless they have a US based eCommerce website listing the same exact item.

Identical and Available

Both items (ours and the competitor’s) should be exactly the same and currently in stock and ready for immediate shipment.  Some online shops sell cheap imported knockoffs claiming to be the legitimate original, these items will not qualify.

Exclusions

Our policy excludes limited closeout specials, auction items, clearance items, refurbished or used products, special orders, special ‘club member’ pricing, products subject to a no return policy and incorrect pricing that is the result of a typographical error or omission.

Retailers that employ bait and switch tactics. These unethical retailers show considerably lower prices online and when contacted by telephone they change the selling price or reveal the item is out of stock or discontinued and try to sell you a different product entirely.

Retailers that are not manufacturer authorized online resellers, which can result in the product not being under warranty and thus being sold at lower prices.

So you found an item for less? Here’s what to do:

Just click the Found it Cheaper button on the product page and answer a few questions, then submit the form.  We’ll get back to you, and if it checks out and meets our criteria, we’ll send you a link for the product with the new lower price.  That simple.

Terms

Shipping charges will factor in if applicable.  For example, if our price is $25 with free shipping and their price is $20 plus $5.00 shipping, the net cost to you is the same, $25.  In this case, there would be no price to beat since the overall cost to you would be the same.  Don’t be fooled by the other guys that claim to have a low price, only to find out it’s not so low when they add S/H at checkout.  Please note that any coupons or special offers will be factored into the final price before any price match is honored.

Sites we DO NOT price match

Amazon, and Auction sites like eBay, etc.  Chinese import sites like Alibaba, Aliexpress, industry wholesale/distributors, etc.

*ROOR Products: Due to all the knock off Roor products, fake imports, and non authorized dealers, we will only match prices on Roor products from factory authorized Roor dealers.  This means they purchase their Roor products direct from Roor and not from distributors or third party middlemen.  We will verify with Roor if the dealer is actually an authorized Roor dealer, if they are not, your price match will be declined.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

We are one of the largest authorized online Roor dealer and only sell authentic Roor products which can be verified at the Roor website.  We stand behind every Roor piece we sell.

We reserve the right to deny any price match for any reason if it does not meet our criteria.
