This is my first purchase from this website and I can say I was more than excited to get my Bong in the mail. Shipping only took three days, which was super nice. When the bong arrived it was securely packaged in multiple layers of bubble wrap and the box was discreetly marked. To my dismay, the down stem (although wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap) was broken. I emailed the customer service and got a response almost immediately that they would send out a new one. Although my down stem was broken I did have another on hand to be able to test out my new piece. The glass thickness is almost perfect, not too heavy but still enough to not feel like it is going to break if you hit it on your table setting it down. The water function is classic and so simple. the ice catcher in the middle is perfect for if you want a nice cool hit on a hot day. The beautiful green coloring is even nicer in person. Mine was the perfect sage green color. overall this bong is sturdy, the customer service is amazing and the bong itself hits like a gem. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the fact that my down stem was broken upon arrival.
