Verified ownerThis is the second time i have ordered from this company and i can say it definitely will not be the last. Unfortunately my order arrived damaged but i sent them an email. It was later in the day (definitely outside normal business hours and on a holiday at that) and they still responded to me within 2 hours. They offered to replace my items and had them shipped out the next day. This is a company that truly cares about its customers. I recommend them to everyone i know.

Delivery was late other than that no issues.
Fairly quick shipping. The items all arrived undamaged. Love the 10mm stems for the mushroom. The larger hand pipes are more of a novelty. Overall very happy with everything.
