Our Return & Refund Policy Is Simple
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from It’s 4:20 Somewhere. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to make things right.
Please contact us first if there is any type of problem with your order.
If your product arrives damaged or is not as stated on our website. Just use our contact us form and let us know. Make sure to include your order number. You have 15 days after receiving your order to make a request.
- If your order does arrived damaged (this would be a rarity), please contact us and we will make it right. We’ll take care of any claims with the carrier if needed. Keep the shipping box, damaged item(s) and packing material intact in case the carrier wants to inspect it. If you chose Route Shipping Protection at checkout (highly recommended), click here to contact Route or contact us if you would like us to file your Route claim for you. Either way, if you chose Route Shipping Protection at checkout, your replacement will be shipped quickly without any delays or hassles (no dealing with the shipping carrier), even if your package was stolen from your property.
- Your order arrived safely, but depending on the nature of the issue (nothing wrong with the product, changed your mind, buyer remorse, etc.), we will ask you ship the product in question back to us before issuing your refund. Items must be new and unopened without any protective seals broken (if applicable). You must contact us for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will have to include this number on the outside of your package when returning. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Either way, we’ll make the return/refund process as easy as possible.
NOTE: We cannot accept any used product for returns. There are no exceptions to this rule.
