The Pipe For The People Lustre Glass Water Pipe is a colored version of our immensely popular Pipe for the People Water Pipe. I knew Chameleon had to make this pipe for a number of reasons.

First and foremost, the shear number of comments like; ‘this pipe is my First Water Pipe’ or ‘It’s nice to be able to buy a glass bong that was actually made in the USA and was not an entire paycheck’.

Another reason is to provide the ‘long lost’ technique of hand coloring glass called ‘Lustre‘. Unlike the painted garbage knock offs from China, Lustre is not paint. Lustre is powdered glass, suspended in an emulsion so that it can be spread onto the surface of the glass and permanently annealed into the glass, where, unlike paint, it will not come off when you touch it!
