    Hi Antonio,
    We had no idea there was an issue with your order until you left this negative review. Upon checking the tracking, your order shipped within 24 hours and tracking showed it was delivered 3 days later. We contacted you in regards to this, but you never responded. We then sent a replacement order because we always make sure our customers are taken care of. We contacted you regarding the new shipping and supplied new tracking, again, no response from you. The second package was delivered with signature required. We contacted you again confirming delivery of your second shipment and you never responded. Tracking shows that it was signed by you, so were only to assume you received your order. We still have no idea why your never contacted us initially when tracking showed your first package delivered? Your only contact to us was this negative review, ever after we tried to contact you multiply times. In the future, regardless whoever you order online from, if the tracking shows your packaged was delivered, you may want to contact the merchant first for a solution, that only seems fair. In this case, the only correspondence we ever received was this negative review. Either way, we appreciate your business and hope you have a happy new year.
